Recommendation for digital converter with SPDIF support

My current surround sound set (Onkyo) has a fiber or coax SPDIF input. Can you recommend a converter box that has this type of output? Thanks, Steve

There are HDTV tuners that have a digital audio output but they are considerably more money, especially since you can't use the coupons.
