I am intermittently losing channels 2- 6 and 14 on my Sony Wega 32' Flat Screen. It's about 8 years old, and I am connected directly to my cable wall outlet. I have tried checking on another outlet, but just the act of disconnecting a reconnecting the cable corrects the problem for awhile. I have changed the cable from the tv to the wall. When we lose the signal, I can move to channel 7 and it works fine. I suspect the channel numbers mean nothing, but it's odd that is only these channels and they have nothing in common(that I know of). I called the cable company and they aren't having problems, and the problem is not with any other tv in the house. So it's either the cable or the TV, but why only these channels.? Any solution or help would be appreciated?
