What I did was what Plymouth is telling you. But i had to reset receiver, load factory Bin and then the latest bin. |

Note that this type of LNB has two outputs and EACH give both 118 and 119 signals (for two rerceivers). If you have the DishPro plus LNB use OCS-DP. This type of LNB has two outputs one is for 119 ad the other is for 118 and you have to use DP34 orDP44 if you want more than one receiver connected. LNB frequency - try out 10750, 9750-10750, 10600 |

I have done as you said. with echostar 7 I got only 4 indian channels. and many other channels not working, its only saying ""searching for signal" No cartoon has been scan. Kids badly need Cartoons channels and ANIK I havent scan because its Anik FC/.. its different from the one you told me... I pretty remember all the channels which I had before were all from Echostar . Now its only that I am not having the good frequency.. Is there anything to touch with the TP or anything like that. so as to get back same channels as before. I think there was a Site.. where to go and see which satellite play which channels.. Have loaded Factory Bin, satin Info and the BIN File.. and went on antenna setting. Did wat you told me to do. eschostar 3 & 7 with setting standard. and did the blind scan. Channels scanned YES, but NONe of them working. As for the Anik which u said. I did even appear even when i loadd the files you gave me. I only have ANIK F/C So this anik i did not scan. Then Ive done thing A peut prés comme si comme ca sans savoir I return all setting Echostar 9 & 7 UNIVERSAL lnb 11250 i got MAX,zee cine, discovery health. pakistani channels.Pay per view, indus vision, many USA channels... And many chinese and tamil channels. (in fact i dont need them lol) but these channels working BETTER than the others. Par contre jai pas eu dutous des chaine cartoon, mes fils n'arrete pas de chialer !!! I will take a REST avec cette manipulation de remote control. je vais laisser sa pour demain. parceque la je suis bein bein fatiguer. c'est nest que demain, que je jouerais avec le remote. ALLLLL of them Anik 3 118W Echostar 3 Echostar 10,11 }}Echostar 5 Echostar 7 Echostar 9 Channels Scanned playing are: Star Plus, Star One, All Pakistanie Telvision, TV5 du monde, and some USA channels. Channels Scanned NOT WORKING-SEARCHING for SIGNAL are. Discovery Health, Pay Per View, The Outdoor, B $ U music, Max, Zee Cinema US and MOST CHANNELS }Channels which didnt even APPEARED in the LIST and badly need them are: ALL Cartoon channels, Discovery channels, Sahara One, The Headlines, m, B 4 U movies, , Zee TV, Zee Cinema, SONY Entertainment, Family Kids WHY havent them been scanned, where have they Gone ??... Wat should I do to have them MANY Channels have been scanned and MOST of them I DONT NEED, I want to delete them , HOW to Delete Them, Because I Went on EDIT CHANNELS. Trying to delete one by one. BUT problem is RECEIVER FREEZING each time. SO I have to REBOOT from the back ON/OFF button. Any other way to delete these unwanted channels. |

Now go in antenna setup and enter setting for the satellite you want, exit and save and do a blind scan then a autoscan. Do it for each satellite one by one. Be sure you use the good port. Standard must be set for all satellites(LNB Type). All Tp Freq are 11250, except Anik F3 use 10750. |

Post Number: 465 Registered: Jun-06 | thank you plymouth almost a week since i got the Anik 3 . and I got most channels on it . no need to scan other echostar 3 5 7 9. we got cartoon, ppv, indian channels. we were all happy, wife kids and myself. BUT but unfortunately yesterday.. all of a sudden all of them loose signal.... I thought its because of the snow, and freezing we had yesterday. but today still same prob. so i went on INSTALLATIOn antenna set, and saw the quality was not so good with LNB type standard 11750. SO i changed it to unversal.. and it seemed to received good quality. I scanned. and got some channels. but No cartoon at all. wat else can i do now ???\ please help also when you are on BLIND SCAN, there is the TP freq. please which numbe should be the TP FREQ. ??? 5-16 . PLEASE help } |

OCS-DP is for DishPro dish, you can try on Universal or standard, but you must do a blind scan then a autoscan. Sometimes after a scan the LNB Type change by itself for OCS-DP, you must check it. |
