Just moved to a house that has a dishnetwork 500 installed on the roof. I plugged in my viewsat platinum and only seem to be getting a signal for 119. Most of the 110 channels show a signal but are autorolling and some show no signal. The 110 channels that are showing signal strength say 119 on the corner of the screen. Does this mean that the dish is not receiving a signal from 110? Does the dish need to be realligned or do I have to change some settings on my receiver? Should I buy one of those modified brackets for the LNBs? I thought that a dishnetwork 500 professionally installed would automatically receive both 110 and 119. Any help would be appreciated. I had someone install the dish at my other house so my knowledge is extremely limited. Thanks
