Direct TV and Bell Express Vu claim Freeway Support Services is fraudulently selling so-called grey market technology that helps its customers unlawfully receive and decode programming signals. The suits are asking a court to prevent the company from distributing the alleged services in Canada and the U--S. Direct and Bell are also seeking the names and addresses of Freeway's customers and suppliers. A representative of the defendant declined comment. The allegations have not been proven in court.
