A GOOD DUAL TUNER HD PVR or DVR

I have been a faithfull Viewsat tester and now, I'm thinking viewsat missed the boat. I can't seem to find a good dual tuner STB. I have been looking at the Viewsat 9000HD which is discontinued, and I have been hearing about the SV-360 HD, but I havent seen any other Dual HD Tuner brands. Anyone have any opinons or recommendations? Would there be any 8PSK modules availabe?
