Missing PPV channels on ECHO 8

I downloaded the PUFF file (FWANK). and did a blind scan and am missing all the PPV and Sports channels. All i am getting is the local and some move movie channels.... Any suggestions.

In the Antenna settings, the LNB type was set to PRO instead of STANDARD. I am getting all the channels. Thanks Nalin. on the side note, do u know the difference between Lothario, FWANK7 and FWANK sw-21.
