That people eat meat? Get real. Creatures on this planet have been eating each other for BILLIONS of years. It's part of the food chain. In my country we don't eat many animals others do everyday. Same goes in reverse. Bottom line is we are continuing the human evolution which has always included the consumption of other animals. (We are by nature carnivores). What I may find offensive you may consider lunch and visa versa. |

Diseased cows are routinely destroyed ground up and burned or composted but they are typically killed more humanly beforehand. I don't eat at McDonald's by the way. I used to haul beef for them in the 80's and they made a habit of buying downed cows. Usually milk cows past their prime and injured cows that they could buy for 15 cents a pound or less. The FDA has made them clean up their act but I still don't eat there. |
