Tonite I was watching TV and went to change the channel and it went " Your box is clone- contact your dealer" What's up? Tried reboot nothing -tried rescanning, nothing - loaded bin over again, did default, rescanned, set enable, still "Box is clone - call dealer" What is it bin file?

I follow your instruction of reloading the 1.93 using the serial cable. Did a factory default and a hard reboot. However, it did not ask for a serial number or password. I read about other 2 STB with the same problems at other site too. Whom will help to kill them?. the problems could be when them input the Serial#. here is what the guys did 9 or 10 Digits Serial numbers
As I recalled when loading 1.93 it asked for 9 digits and I enter them. Then came the 1.95 and it has spaces for 10 digits. But my box only has 9 digits. I have read somewhere that you just add the zero to the end.
Should or shouldn't we do that? Could that extra zero be the source of the problem? On the 1.95, should we just add the 9 digits and leave the last one blank and press "OK"?
