Bev autoroll problems

Hi guys,I have a VS Ultra V2000. There is a few Bell Channels stuck on autoroll mostly on 800 - 900 channels such as Raps NBA TV channel 849 on Nimiq 2. Have they moved to Nagra 3 ?
