Echo 1.2 148W not working with pin 180

New member Username: Love4anglesPost Number: 1 Registered: Oct-08 | after loading pin 180 to koolsat5000 , turned it on echo7 was working fine but echo 1.2 148W DID NOT WORK waited over 10 minutes still not working i did factory reset and did rescan , and sill waiting for picture nothing yet not sure is echo 1.2 (dish network or not ) ?? can some one help me please ! |

Silver Member Username: JustforhahasPost Number: 919 Registered: Jul-08 | sev and keith...I think you both have the same problem...cause 181 does work on 148 with cs 5000..and v302 works on the pansat 3500 I think you have WRONG antenna settings in your receiver...recheck them for ALL satellites you have dedicated LNB's on dish/s aimed at and switch/s used... and then do a new scan and a simple reboot...watch TV |

I doubt very much you can get Echo 3 (61.5W) and Echo 1,2 (148W) working from the same geographic location. The fact there your antenna setup says it is 148W is immaterial. What does it say on your scanned channels as you go up and down under EPG? |

New member Username: Love4anglesPost Number: 4 Registered: Oct-08 | nalin nyda : i have echo3 (61.5W) on separate satellite dish and LNB also echo1.2 (148W) on the other direction with another satellite dish and LNB both have excellent signal , and i had echo1.2 working before on koolsat5000 that is why i am kind of confused why it is not working this time and i know that Echo1.2 (148W) is dish network and it should be working like the others . |

Platinum Member Username: NydasPost Number: 12774 Registered: Jun-06 | If you are satisfied that you had Echo 148 working from whereever you are on your C00LSAT 5000, I have no explanation as to why it is not working now on BIN 181. I have not come accros this sort of a discrepancy - i.e. some Dish sats working on a Bin and other not, except on the basis of wrong alignment or wrong antenna settings. |
