Friday, October 24, 2008 - 02:06 GMT I delete all the channels on Nimiq1 and have been trying to scan again, but half way the receiver reboots and scan is unsuccessful. I tried different bins but still no luck. Can anyone help? Please.

Saturday, October 25, 2008 - 00:20 GMT If the screen goes green after a minute or so, you have a bad transponder frequency. Factory reset and blind scan to find the correct frequencies.

Saturday, October 25, 2008 - 01:06 GMT I don't think it matters which sat you scan first. If there is a problem - in all Pansats, I recommend that you disconnect in software (Antenna setting) all sats except the one you are scanning. This probably applies to all receivers.
