Help needed. VS Ultra + Dish1000

Hi guys,

I have a two dish setup and i just moved to a new town and had to order disk1000 for getting the international channels.

Trouble is i have the dish1000 pointed correctly to 110* and am getting 100-95% Q on signal.
But i am not getting Echo7 or 118.7.

There are some trees in the way, but i wanted to understand if i can get 110 should i not be getting 119 as well ?

Oh and i have a disEQc switch.

Did you get Dish 1000+ or Dish 1000.
Ypu need the 500+ or 1000+ to get 118.7W

Got three LNB's but am using only 2.
not using the one for 129 as vs ultra doesnt get HD.

Notice that there are two separate outputs for 118 and 119 from one LNB. 119 will go normally to port of 1 of your switch and 118 will go to Port 3. 110 will normally go to port 2.
LNB type should be DSC-dp for all.
LNB freq shuld be 11250 for 119 and 110, and 10750 for the 118 output - it could be as low as 9750 if your reciever allows a setting of 97850 lowe an 10750 high.
The latest Viewsat have a separate slate for ANIK 3 - if not I prefer to use Anik 1 slate and make necessary changes.
The first TP should be
119 - 12239
110 - 12224
118 - 11715
SCan all should work, but if your receiver allows Blind scan, do a Blind scan.
If you run into difficulties, you should manully put in all the TPs from the list at Lyngsat*com
Alwasy scan 118 first and then 119. In order to avoid problesm, you should software disconnect all LNBs in the aantenna setup except the one you are about to scan.
The DisEqC switch allows 1.0 (1,2,3,4) and 1.1 (1 to 15)
Use 1.0 and Motor off.
