How to watch TV on my PC ?

Do I need additional equipment to make this happen?

My PVR card can work if i hook the LNB cable, but i never try it on satellite signal. I think you must have a extra program. Surely another member can help you on it Your link on Slingbox not work. For me the computer is not made for listen the TV, i prefer a big screen.
