I have a Direct TV dish and a subscription for the same. I want to get the Indian Channels (Zee TV, B4U, etc). Can I configure using the same direct tv dish or should I buy a separate dish for viewing the Indian channels. I think there is an elliptical and a linear version of the dish.. which one do I need?
I kinda need to know urgently as my parents are coming down and they would want to watch their Indian soaps :-) I live in chicago, USA

You can get 61.5W with this location with standard dish like dish 500.

1. As an immediate solution you can buy a standard dual LNB for DN chanels ($15-20) and replace the Direct TV LNB
2. Channels are being moved out of 61.5 to 118.7W. SUTV and K TV are still there on 61.5 but may be moved are any day.
3. 118.7W has SUNTV and K TV. also has Udaya, TEJA and one more South Indian Chanel and all other Indian Channels.
YOUR SMALL OVAL Dish WILL NOT work to get 118.7W
Look at the following URLs and find equivalent on Sadoun.com or similar US site and order from there.

Or if you feel confident in ordering from Canada, you may order from Transat Electronics. I know they are a physical location In Toronto (Etobicoke) and have those products in stock.
