can anybody help me my program guide is not working properly sometimes i can see whats coming on through the whole day and into the next and other times i get no information does anybody know how to fix this

After you set the date and time, then set it for 5 minutes on channel 121 for DN, and channel 630 for Bev, to populate the EPG and get your guides.

a little confused i dont understand the part of set for 5 min on 121 do you mean let it stay on 121 for 5 min or do i do something

plymouth look: this is what you got to do . go the epg setting . change from epg default to E: 12472 N: 12311 AND IF U WANT ONLY BEV GO UP CHANGE TO DOWNLOAD BEV ONLY PRESS GUIDE OK

In menu, User setting, EPG settings and EPG TP put this setting E: 12472 N: 12311 and on receiver Guide press "OK" and wait until it finish.
Each time you want load EPG only go there and press "OK"
