Saturday, September 20, 2008 - 12:34 GMT Its NOT down. You may have to recheck a few things (keys, antenna settings, etc)after you first do a simple rear switch reboot OFF/ON..there was some brief freezing and scrambled channels yesterday on many receivers (VS, CW etc)that cleared up.

Saturday, September 20, 2008 - 16:58 GMT BAZUKA: For a start, switch off at the back and switch on after 30 seconds. Everything might come back. If it never worked after installing the 289, check the DisEqC setting - use 1.0 - NOT 1.1 - and the port number. The 289 BIN does freeze off and on. Keep the autoroll off.
