You may have to recheck a few things (keys, antenna settings, etc)after you first do a simple rear switch reboot OFF/ON..there was some brief freezing and scrambled channels yesterday on many receivers (VS, CW etc)that cleared up.

Everything might come back. If it never worked after installing the 289, check the DisEqC setting - use 1.0 - NOT 1.1 - and the port number. The 289 BIN does freeze off and on. Keep the autoroll off.
