Need a new receiver

I was thinking of getting a viewsat ultra, lite or platinum. with rumor of dish network going to nagra 3 I really don't want to spend too much money so I was leaning towards a platinum. I need to know where to buy the real one not any clones and which site has the viewsat files. thanks |

Get a new updated Sonicview 360 Premier from It has multiple USB ports for easy loading, PVR recording, great software support, quality EPG, quality pic, and great features. Best receiver for the buck, in the past 2 years. |

Otherwise Sonic View has the best bang for your buck as far as quality. Support will vary between VS and SV. Captive works is also a good product, but as I stated, if you are worried about Nagra 3, then enjoy what you have and wait to see what happens. If you are a true tester then here is my list: Sonic View Viewsat Captive Works Now that does not mean, I haven't tested others and may change my mind later, but as of right now, that is my list! |
