I have BEV dish and reciever rented from Bell with basic programing then I desided that I'll get FTA reciever on top of the other one to get all the channels free and keep the basics from Bell as a back up.So I bought VIEWSAT 2000 ULTRA. I do get lot of channels with this reciever but some of them freeze all the time or search for signal and it happens quite often. Would anybody know why is this happening and how to fix it please ?
Roman Prokupek Bev know when you lost signal by diagnostic, with the receiver connect in phone line. If you unhook the cable on this Bev receiver, disconnect the power before.
Connect the Viewsat on the LNB cable and do this
Download and unzip this file:

Load the unzip bin file in USB key and load it in receiver.
Go in satellite menu and choose Nimiq 91.0W
enter this setting in
LNB Power -ON LNB Type - Standard LNB High - 11250 Tp Freq - 12224 Diseq - None Motor -None
