if too many people slam there site then BLT cant upload the mew bins. so when you cant seem to log into the site that means they gave up for the night cause too many people slammin there site.
so if you want your bins faster then just keep refreshing the link and move your mouse over the download link then it will show what bin number at the bottom of the page..
