She was blessed with good looks at birth, and has attempted to keep those looks. That being said, it seems that if you don't like her politics, you will attack saying the most hateful things imaginable. She has a Down's child, so of course it can't really be hers. It has to be her whore daughter, who was raised so badly she has had one illegitimate child and has another on the way. She played the same game every state and local official plays with the federal government to get for her constituency their share of the feds money, so therefore she is hypocritical for wanting to get rid of the system. Being pro choice is so shallow. It means loving and caring for a Down's child that could have easily been killed long before it was born, and being embarrassed both locally and nationally by the mistakes of her daughter. A little trip to the doctor and no more embarrassment. Having and teaching values doesn't mean that children will always make the right choice. She, at least, has been consistent with her values and has dealt with her situation according to them. What really galls most of the ardent Democrats is the fact that the Republicans actually did something smart. If Palin were a Democrat everything that they say is so horrible now would be touted as making her more "intouch" and able to relate to the typical American family. Get over it. Women are very smart. They know if the crap you are spewing is legit. And you risk really ticking off a large segment of the voters by attacking her. |

If you aren't, why do you care? I find the world's fascination with Obama more than a little disturbing. He is just another politician, much like any that has proceeded him. He wants power, and has the talent to motivate people. The talent to motivate people isn't in itself a qualification to be president. Roosevelt, Kennedy, Reagan, all were great speakers and motivated people, but so were Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin and many others. Keep in mind, what they do, not what they say, is important. |
