Do a revert to 2500 Install 294T Bin Then start conversion to b75 or PUFF and continue on. The following URLs will get you all that you need to convert or to just install a 284 or 285 BIN for your old 2500 or FLU.

do i havde to revert to 2500 i have never done that i am scared to screw something up..is there a way to fix this problem without converting it back to 2700
If receiver still displays b-75 ,one of these methods might help
1 - with stb off from backswitch and loader ready with the latest converted b-75 bin , turn stb on from back and at first flash of light on receiver start download.
2 - do the same as above except start download then turn on stb.
3 - turn stb on and while it displays b-75, start the download.
unplugging the unit and plugging it back in can be used as well as turning off and on from backswitch to initiate the booting sequence.-- you might want to try both if having no luck--
also you might want to close the loader and reopen it after a flash fail
BTW i don"t have any of those converted boxes - just working on my post count - good luck
1. Straight RS232 cable is the cable for FLU and for Pansat 2500 2. On converted STBs you use only BL updater 1.4 for ALL BIN uploads. 3. To Revert to 2500 you use b60 boot and Chancy's 2700 to 2500 Loader Converter.exe and from the receiver in fully ON position. 4. If 3 is not successful, then you may try using BL updater 1.4 and force a boot load with simultaneous turn on of receiver and click on write. If you are forced to use this method, you may have to try several times with slightly different timings. 5. Once you get the b60 boot in, you must install 293T or 294T BIN. 6. The Revert to 2500 is so fast you will kick yourself for not getting it right the first time, and will never fail to do it again when needed.
When b60 BIN gets loaded, you will see night riders only. If 292T does not load on top it, it may mean that 1. there is something wrong with the 294T BIN - in that case, don't bother with the 294T - try 293T or go on straight to b75 boot. 2. something wrong with the b60 installation - that will manifest in not being able to load b75 Boot.
