Not getting Polish stations with Echo 3

Polsat, ITVN, TVN 24, and Kino Polska. This was on the Echostar 3 antenna. I dont remember what happened, but anyways, we lost them. So we bought a Viewsat Ultra. Today we try and set everything up, but no luck. Our level is 80 and quality is 75 so thats good. But when we did a blind scan, we got every channel EXCEPT the ones we wanted. I checked this website http://www.lyng$at.com/packages/dish61.html (apparently the website is blocked for some reason) and it says that those channels are there on the echo 3 network. But they arent even appearing. Does anyone have any suggestions or know whats up? We are completely perplexed. Thanks a lot everyone.
