You need this LNB for receive 118,7 and 119 on same LNB

http://transatelectronics.com/store/118%C2%B0-circular-10750-dual-lnb_P272

you need universal linear LNB for AMC4

You can buy a motor HH120 and Invacom QPH-031 linar and cicular LNB for many satellite, but you need to be a PRO for aligned this dish or pay for it.

Setup for 118,7 and 119, you choose 110W for both.

Get this setup for 119W

On menu
Installation select Antenna setup

Satellite Echostar 7 119.0W
LNB Power on
LNB Type -Universal
LNB High -11250
LNB Low -9750
Tp Freq -12501
DISEqC 1.0 -Port ( choose port you connect the LNB on Switch)If not LNB
Motor -None
Legacy Switch -None

You can try on LNB Type Standart or OCS-DP

Good luck
