Silver Member Username: KrishnPost Number: 126 Registered: Sep-06 | Confused about which one is better, essentially the person is looking for two features apart from USB: (a) PVR functionality (b) Picture in Picture The following are comparisons: SV-360 Elite CW-800S Price: $180 $135 PVR yes yes Picture in ?-A ?-B Picture A) Sonicview website (http://www.sonicviewusa.com/) says dual tuners does not claim any picture in picture features B) CaptiveWorks website (http://www.captiveworks.com/cw800.php) says it is optional feature The question for anyone who owns CW-800S is does picture in picture feature works? For picture in picture feature to work does the TV has to support it or can it work in a TV that has no PIP feature? Thanks for your input in advance |

Not the 'hotest' feature.. you get PIP but it just sweeps the channels in a PIP mode, can't switch back-n-forth between channels like a 'real' PIP from TV tuner |

Silver Member Username: ThemangodPost Number: 489 Registered: Oct-06 | some one posted about it on here you should read that post search here for it. they said you can recode 2 and watch 1 all at the same time which is crazy. the captiveworks 800 is not as good as the elite. sonicview premier vs captiveworks 800 thats a fair fight. any premier users here how do you like it i like my cw800 but i like my vs pro better. |
