I've got a Panasonic CT2733HF that I bought from Goodwill for $15 on a whim, and it doesn't power on. I get no response at all when I have it plugged in and push the power button - no relays clicking, no LEDs, no nothing. I have the back off, and I've discharged the tube, so I feel like I can poke around in there now. I tested the fuse, and it looks good to me, and now I'm pretty much at a loss for what to test. I'm going to run by Radio Shack on the way home and get a multimeter to try to test some points and see if they're getting power - but what should I be testing? I'm a Computer Engineering student, so I'm pretty comfortable soldering and desoldering stuff, and I have the service manual so I can probably figure out what parts do what, but if somebody has some guidelines on what I should be doing I'd really appreciate it - TV repair is not something I've done before.
