Have a VS Ultra, was working fine till last night, around 2 a.m. this morning May 10th, I was stuck on channel 333, the channel button on the remote just would not work, volume and power buttons are working. I tried the channel button on the receiver, but no response. What is the problem? Anybody else have this problem? Please help.
THE LATEST BIN HAS SOME ISSUES WITH REMOTE . IF U SURF FAST FROM CHANNEL TO CHANNEL OR SAT TO SAT IT WILL HAPPEN YOU LOOSE CONTROL . U GOT TO TURN ON/OFF THE BOX FROM THE BACK.
Whatever receiver you have, try to 1. Get your favourites grouped under several of the favourite sections available. 2. Always use the EPG button to scan your channels and only click on the one you want to watch.
That way you will avoid freeze ups as channels change.
As suggested earlier, a hard reset will usually get you going again.

As suggested earlier, a hard reset will usually get you going again. If that dont work you will have to ask a real expert like LK. I just cp all his stuff anyway. And by the way Plymouth gives good head.
