Is Puff 263 safe and stable?

Situation>
FLU 2500 successfully converted to 2700 Puff (visa B75 and revert back).
Was running on BIN 262 till recently, and then the domestic channel wipe out happened.

Question> Should I upgrade/migrate to 263? Is this safe and stable?
