WRONG....pansat and Blacklist do not support the 2500...they wish it would go away so u all could by new Pansats (they hope)...the real support is all the coders who work tirelessly to use the codes that Pansat does support (2700) and then mod it to fit the 2500 conv box..Pansat deserves no credit for this
3 different groups of colsat boxs with 3 different compilers that are controlled by those groups. CS4/5/6 group if in Europe at the moment but should be back today or tomorrow. Not making excuses just letting you know.
it is a good idea to have a back up receiver,and i recommend captive works 700. best value and support for less then $115 delivered, more up time then other boxes,the only thing is don't buy from e bay,buy from a reputable dealer. i know we complain about c00lsat,i have 3 of them but everything good in life has to come to an end
it is a very good receiver. the whole captive works line up is great,it's just what you want to spend.i suggested 700 because it is the lower priced model but has a usb port,which is a great feature
C00LSAT American importers have fallen out with the manufacturers of the CS 4000,5000 and 6000 and they are getting them from other sources and hence the problem with the software support which was handled by the old established NORW group. The new support from new NORW group is said to be put together job. The C00LSAT 6100,7000, 7100 and 8000 are manufactured by a different company and currently give good support.
