Yeah, I know but I just don't understand what it says. It's so complicated. I downloaded INSTALLING PUF_LZMA BOOT AND BIN and Full_Kit_PUFF_LZMA_260B

LZMA is fine.
If you unzip the downloaded kit in a separate directory, you will have the different directories and then you will be able to go section by section of the instructions and look into the directories.

Hey Nalin I followed all the instructions and finally I converted my reciever to PUFF_LZMA but it doesn't work though. What can I do to make it work?

Same here.. I downloaded the latest LZMA bin but when i scan for satellites, it won't find channels. Also tried blind scan.

In my case I get all the channels that I had before but it says "Scrambled or bad channel", so there is no picture.

I fixed my problem, I just needed to wait a little while till the "Scrambled or no channel" issue gone away in 20-30 min. while I was on my lunch :-)

Channel master is a good peice of software.
I save everything before conversion or new BIN. Then when the new BIN has gone in and the receiver is on, I reinstall the setup from channel master.

Follow the instructions in the appropriate section of conversion with the appropriate files for that section.
