NEED HELP with Mitsubishi CS-40503

I'm having trouble with my Mitsubishi 40' screen t.v. It has a buzzing sound and it dose a picture scroll But it isn't constant. Can anyone help? Can it be fixed? PLEASE HELP!!!!
