I am in Ontario and it is snowing like crazy here! So you don't think it is weather related then? Is this a new thing , did it ever work? Could there be trees in front of the dish obscuring it. Are all sats or channels affected, or just some? Is the cable in good shape? how long is it? Are you sure that the dish is pointed optimally? Do you have another receiver you can try? Htiek
Yes The Level is to do with the strength of the signal, (volts), coming from the dish. The Quality is to do with the bit error rate when the signal stream is decoded in the receiver. So if the level is bad, the quality will be bad also. Htiek. However, even if the level is good, the quality may still be bad if the dish is pointed at the wrong sat or some of the receiver settings are wrong
i have said this many times before the pansat have a defect in the siganl capacitors c13,c14.eric i had to replace these capacitors on 2 3500 of mines.open the top of your box and check if your capacitors c13,c14 are blown.easy way to know is if the tops of the capacitors are lifted if so replace them.
Mine is doing the same for over a week and I know it's not signal or dish. It's as RTAP said, something wrong with box. I'll open my right now to see C13 C14
