Coax to RCA

I have a Samsung LCD TV/Monitor that has connections for S-Video, RCA and RGB, but no coax. How do I convert the coax to RCA without using a vcr? I looked at RF modulators, but they look like they do the opposite of what i need. Any suggestions?
