Neusat HD9000... Experts??

Do they need to be modified to get HD channels on dish? Any feedback or input will be greatly appreciated! Thnx.

Guy said it used it to get HD channels from Sat 82 (I don;t know what is this sat. Would you still not recommend it? Also, what do u mean by N3? Any other thoughts? Thnx.
