Pansat 250sm remote

Or am I the only one that got a lemon remote. The remote just will not work... Have change batteries. Push the stb button. Even sent the remote back to Pansat. Which they found nothing wrong. Just wanting to know if anyone has had the same problem. Thanks in advance.
