Level all over the place on Pansat 3500sd

My lawn guys screw up my cable and I trying to set up everything up again. My level is jumping all over the place? the level is going from 33 % to 83 % to 99 % and then it start all over again? How do i fix it?

Well, I would say the first place to check would be your cable, inspect it carefully for any nicks, cuts or other damage that may have occurred. Is it very long? if there is any doubt, it might be easiest buy another length, hook it up temporarily and see what happens. Remember to turn off your STB at the back before disconnecting it, else you may damage something.

Htiek, dumb question but what is STB? I inspect the cable and it is good. I tried other cable same problem.?

your problem is th c13,c14 capacitor

eric sorry ,first replace cable check your settings,then if all ok open the 3500 and check these capacitors

What sort of setup do you have, just one dish, one LNB, (the eye thing) and what sat(s) are you pointed at, tell me more?

I have one 500 Dish with 2 LNB. I am pointing at 110 119. What i'm i looking for with the capacitors??? how do i know if they are good or not??

How can i test to see if the 3500sd is the problem and not something else?
