I could use little help here,I can't seem to load Bin 250. I have tried all 250 Bins from different sites with two different loaders. It keeps coming up Flash 100% download OK. but when I hook the receiver up it shows Bin 249.
What would happen if the file is not unzip? How can I tell if the file is Zip or Unzip.
You use only BL updater 1.4. Original downloaded file has .zip suffix. winrar will extract a .zip file. An extracted file will have .bin suffix. BL updater will not allow you to select any other but a .bin file.
Have you used this cable successfully for a receiver flash upgrade?
Thanks much my first time with this problem. Iam little confuse with all these different 250 Bins. You say to use Saif Bin, where can I find this Bin? What is this Bin 250-3.zip at the public Box? Thanks again for your help.

Imran Shah: This is about Converted Pansat 2500 and NOT about Pansat 2700. Start a new thread and give more details about what you downloaded and what loader and receiver you are using.
Quantum 4700 is a Pansat 2700 clone. You may have already damaged enough by loading the original 2700 BIN and may have to jtag. If you are seeing "b-7-5" when you switch on from back, then you can try loading the Pansat 2700 clone BIN from zip file Pansat-C 2700 250v1 TiVo.zip - find it at: [link removed]
Try AV Bin 250 which is modded to work on the converted FLU/2500 - 2700 receivers. Load it using Blacklist Loader 1.4.0.0. You can also try loader JVVH Bin 250, if that works for you. Only Dishnetwork will work ; BellExpressVu is down as Feb/14/2008.
Julie Jones : You have already damaged enough by loading the original 2700 BIN and will have to jtag. It is a fairly involved process and you should get some technical help for DIY. Read at the following URLs.
