Gold Member Username: NydasPost Number: 7972 Registered: Jun-06 | Bedi Singh: For genuine Pansat 2700A, you need the 27.02 loader, null cable and the latest BIN is x-87bl_080204_b75_248_api.zip For clone Pansat 2700A, you need the 27.02 loader, null cable and the latest BIN is Pansat-C 2700 248v1.zip For conversions from 2500/flu ot 2700 you need BL updater 1.4, straight RS232 cable and the latest BIN is: CS_248T_Lightning_100t_Series_serial.bin or Jvvh_FortecRemote_248.bin or Jvvh_PansatRemote_248.bin All files have to be unzipped to .bin format. If you have USB to serial converter, go to Device Manager of computer and check the Com port - valid 1 to 4 only. Connect (with receiver power off) to computer. From your Windows explorer, got to where you have the loader and double click on the loader. Select appropriate COM port (1,2,3 or 4). Select the BIN from where you have saved the unzipped BIN. Be ready to click on "write bin". Turn on receiver and when "b" appears on the receiver screen, click on the mouse. If repeated failure, try click mouse and turn on receiver immediately. |

If you are already having 110/119W combo, you just swing the Dish 28 degrees towards the East. Sat angle finder is useful, but an associate at the TV is even more so. |
