I got the 235 working on my pansat 2500 converted 2700, working fine on Bev, but no DN. You get the odd time with Scrambled Or Bad Channel, but it doesn't last long. Bev wide open btw.
can some one help me I recently bought a pansat 2700ir and it does not have a way to get in parental control it skips that. can someone tell me if thats suppose to be that way.
I have a 'Pansat 2500A', actually a poorly disguised Pantec Multistar clone.
After finding 235 unstable (slow channel switching, very slow to get picture), I tried: CS_233T_Lightning: nothing CS_236T_Lightning: no signal Jvvh_FortecRemote_237.bin: nothing CS_and_jvvh_235.zip at Nalin's Box: actually 245 bins. Nothing.
I then found CS_236Tv3_Lightning at the marketrealm forum, it worked. Wasn't too sure at first, booted slow, but once on, it switches channels fast.
The maligned 249 BIN The BIN was posted for genuine Pansat 2700 2 days ago, and even as late as 8-10 hours ago there is aCS_249T BIN published for the 2500-2700 conversions. There is also Saif and jvvh conversion. There is v2 Tivo for genuine 2700 clones. Various reports suggest up and down experience. Some people swear it works and some people swear it does not. The facts: It is intended for BEV and it worked on BEV when BIN 237 was also working for BEV. When BIN 237 stopped working the 249 also stopped working. Hence the coding inside must be somewhat similar to 237 BIN. It was never intended for DN and never worked on DN. It is reported that 235 and 236 are working on BEV only.
