A ton of shopping channels are now available to all Dish Network receivers regardless of subscription level. They may also be available to FTA receivers.
104 Satellite Response Interactive
216 Collectibles & Treasures
218 The Jewelry Channel
220/883 Shop Latino TV
222 Home Shopping Network
223 Satellite Response Network
226 GEM TV
227 Jewelry Television
228 Shop NBC
6 XGames channels have been uplinked and will be available as usual for the X-Games. They are on channels 473, 474, 477 and 478 at 119° and 475 and 476 at 110°. These channels may shuffle around since they are actually mirrors of the standard "sports channels" used for PPV sports and league packages.
The following international channels have been removed from 121° for the continuing migration to 118°. All these channels are available at 118°. Subscribers to the channels have been notified and were given some time to call Dish to make arrangements to upgrade their equipment.
675/5726 TV Japan, 719/5715 ERT, 730/5721 LEOWD, 740/5717 HTBA, 743 ISMOV.
837 Telemundo Puerto Rico has been removed from the system. This channel ceased operations as a national channel earlier this month and has been showing a slate for the last week or so. Telemundo PR is still available to Puerto Rico residents as part of the locals package on WKAQ channel 7781 and 2.
842 WAPA America removed from the system. For the second time Dish has uplinked and removed WAPA America without making it available to subscribers. WAPA America is the national version of LIN's WAPA TV 4 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This station was uplinked presumably to replace Telemundo PR which is the national version of San Juan's channel 2. Apparently, Dish and LIN could not reach a satisfactory agreement. The subscribers to Dish Latino pay the price by losing a channel and having a price increase at the same time.
History en Español is now uplinked to channel 850. This is yet another "dubbed" channel from English to Spanish and contains little or no native Spanish Language content. Like Discovery en Español, adding the Spanish SAP to the regular channel would do the same trick. The spanish version of the channel does have unique programming schedule, but next to no unique programs. It is not yet available to subscribers.
KBBC is now available to Los Angeles area local subscribers on channel 8024 and is mapped to channel 20 as well. (Billy)
WNGS RTN affiliate in the Buffalo area is now uplinked, but not available, on channel 9130 and mapped to channel 67.
9646 ATT has been removed from 129°. This was an HD business leased channel as many are in the 9600 range. This had nothing to do with any rumors of an ATT buy-out that surface every few years like a ground hog in February.
International channels Xianmen TV (XTV) and Zhejiang TV (ZTV) became available to Great Wall Package subscribers on channel 753 and 754 at 118°
