DVBCARDS HAVE SAME TUNER as FTA boxes and many pepople have a KA lnb and hijack the down links on wildblue...... if u fully understood how a LNB works and converts the signal u wouldn't even posted this Ther must be 18 or 19 GHZ out there on FTA receivers But u have no understanding and never will...
