disables scans that Nagra recently added etc.
nagra has no control on scan's asshat.. it's a media encrytion the audio and video stream are encrypted... this has no bearing what-so-ever on the transponders any problem with scans is due to unstable firmware due to either a memory leak etc... for those in doubt flash any reciver with a factory non-nagra emu bin and scan the sats you will produce full scan time after time.
go back to taping up peoples hands and feet maybe just maybe u can handle that.
