Level good but no quality

I own an oldie, Lava 3200 converted to 2700. After conversion using bin 222 it worked fine but then with bin 224, 227, and the latest, 235t, I can`t get any quality on my signal strenght. All my settings are ok. Hoping someone can help. Thanks.
