HEY GUYS I JUST PULLED A NEW PANSAT 2800A OUT OF BOX AND GOT NO LITES OR ANYTHING, THE SERVICE PEOPLE ARE TELL ME THAT THIS NORMAL, AND THAT I WONT HAVE LITES UNTIL I LOAD FIRST BIN, I THINK THIS IS BULL, ANYONE ELSE HEARD OF THIS. I EVEN RETURNED ONCE, WAITED 2 WEEKS FOR RETURN AND THATS WHAT THEY TOLD ME.ANY FEED BACK WOULD BE GREATFUL. THANKS

Just attempt to load the factory BIN and see if they are right. I doubt it will load, but at least you will be able to tell them you tried. Before you do anything, record the phone instructions form them, so you do not void your warranty.
