Friday, January 04, 2008 - 01:42 GMT You need to be sure 100% all setings are correct and your receiver is pointed at the correct sat. was it all working after you did the update and then all of a sudden channels went out?

Friday, January 04, 2008 - 02:10 GMT He may have a vs that wasn't updated. If so , just wait til the new bin comes out. If your reciever has an update listen to the tester.

Friday, January 04, 2008 - 03:47 GMT Just locals here too in my VS ultra. There is not another option that updating with the new file. Be patient. Meanwhile I am enjoying my Pansat 2700.

Friday, January 04, 2008 - 03:52 GMT When the keys are changed, all you get is a black screen, so if you have locals, is not a key issue. This time VS support is taking longer than usual.

Friday, January 04, 2008 - 03:56 GMT To make a backup using the loader program Connect your receiver to both a tv and computer. hit menu, system Information, Receiver upgrade, go down to satellite and hit ok.....a process bar will appear then start the loader program on the host computer and hit the STB-PC button... repeat for the channel list make a folder on your desktop and dragg the files to it so you can find it later now you have backups!
