Anytime yo select a function on any receiver and it fails to do so...it is an operating system.
Meaning flash bin...like wrong bin or corrupted flash
Incomplte flash procedure etc.

What I will do
Load factory bin off factory website
Then yo can flash it with a recent working bin

If yo load factory bin and still acting strange
Your EEPROM maybe easily damaged (very rare)

Note
Factory default is not same as loading factory bin
Good Luck

This is their support site
http://coolsatusa.com/inc.php?inc=support
Select factory default software
Unzip it and load it like normal

If yo have a clone I don't wanna know
