When the power is back on the VS ultra is showing nochnl= no channel on the front panel. The guide is not showing any channles either. It seems the satinfo was knock from the box. Do i need to rescan the channels or start from the antenna config. And is this something common with VS with loss of power etc. I know it isnt the antenna because i have backup DN and its working fine. |

If you will follow the steps in this guide most importantly go get the satfile for your vewsat you will get your channles back. Then you should upload the channel list to your computer form your receiver to safe time if this happens again. the guide https://www.ecoustics.com/electronics/forum/home-video/416322.html |

If thats all right, rescan. I dont get many power outages here. But as with any electronics, they dont like the power spikes. When u loose power due to storms, it goes on and off a couple times before it goes all the way out normally. That can hurt any electronic device. Should be a simple fix |
