Hey Guys! I load on bin 227 on my original Pansat 2700A and now is only showing signal level at 99% on almost all transponders but no quality. Sometimes it will come on but not on all transponders. The strange thing if I put it at AMC4 it shows ok on that satellite.
I know it in not my connection or switch for I have another Pansat 2700A receiver and when I hook it up ... no problem ... it shows, I watch cricket up to this morning (India/Pakistan). I did a factory reset and load on the original Pansat bin 120 and I reload the 227 and same thing.
I even do a receiver to receiver upgrade from my other working pansat 2700A. The receiver come on ok and as I said I can get the FTA channels on AMC4 without no problem but not dish on 110/61.5W. On 61.5W after a while it will show some of the channels on TP 12414, the TP that 3ABN is on, (12355 i think), 12384, and that about it.
What could be the problem and what can I do? Any ideas?
Are copying the User setup and antenna setup of the working Pansat 2700 to the not working Pansat 2700? sometime people tend to forget the need for doing user setup and date/time/time zone - which is needed for the system to work.
Guys! 101W is AMC4 (the christian channels) not DTV. I have 2 Pansat 2700A. One is working fine the other does not. Both receiver setup is identical. Both use the 227 bin. Receiver (A) is working on 101W (AMC-4) and 110W and 61.5. There is no problem with the switches or cable. Receiver (B)has the same setting, 227 bin but have signal on everything at 99% (which is not the true signal level) but no quality.
If I switch to AMC4 at 101W after a time it will work for example on 3ABN, Hope Channel, LLBN and so on. If I put in on 61.5W (Echostar 3) will will work after a while on TP 12355, 12414, 12472 and no other TP which I find strange. It will work on some Echo 8 TP as well.
Anyone have any idea what is the cause and how can it be fix?
