The Chancysand 223T comes as Tivo for 2700 clones and as 223T_lightning for 2500 to 2700 conversions.
The new ECM started this afternoon, so for International channels you WILL HAVE TO WAIT for the appropriate 224 version. when incomes out you must get the right file. The conversion files are always found in the Pansat 2500 or in Fortec Ultra section, and the Pansat 2700 clones files are always in the Pansat 2700 section.

jvvh_Leafs_224 or
CS_224T_LIGHTNING_110t

It could be a higher than 224 number.

korssane2000 : The CS_224 is not out yet.
tam Awad : There is not telling which receiver will come out first with a BIN.
Watch for new files for this ECM and see which one comes out first.

Nalin, I came across this....supposed VS fix

-C/P-
silversurfer_v13f 11/22/07 SilverSurfer V1.3F
This release marks the first 100% intrepreted Nagra2 BIN. This bin takes updates from the streams and correctly runs the current and past code.

What this means? Load it up, it *should* work for NFL sunday ticket (no guarentee) this weekend, it does work on DN right now.

It also corrects the AR bug present on the 1.3e bin.

I am trying to convert a Fortec Star Lifetime Ultra to a Pansat 2700. I can't seem to find

King Arthur: My thread:

https://www.ecoustics.com/electronics/forum/home-video/402679.html

Read the first long post dated 11th November.
Where I am saying loading UKR_220 or 221 BIn, change it to loading CS_224T_lightning BIN. At that time the Chancy BIN was defective, but now it is robust.

You might like to read other posts there.
AV has a good set of instructions at his site.

I have read other posts like AV Instructions
It reads open the Fortec Star STB loader and select the boot file (b75_m.bin) Again my question where is the boot file I can't see a BOOT FILE,

The Boot file is generally part of kit.
When I do Pansat clone to 2700 conversions, I just use jv205_1.bin or jvvh_208_1.bin. Jvvh originally wanted people to use jv205_1. Later he suggested starting with jvvh_208_1. Note that you select BIN, not BOOT in the BL Updater 1.4

If, on the other hand you are starting with B75 Boot load, you have to select the B75 file and select BOOT not BIN. Then do a BIN load. In any case, it is imparative to wait for the b75 to stop dancing and the word "ON" come on the screen of receiver.

This is how to load your 2500,FLU or clone with 29xT (ex 294T) to a 2700 clone via the SERIAL PoRT
********* NOTE NOTE ********
********* NOTE NOT for JTAG NOTE ********
********* NOTE NOTE ********

You will Need a Pansat remote.

READ your Channel list with Channel MAster and leave open in background.

1. Open/Run the Blacklist updater included
2. Make sure BIN is Selected not BOOT you are writing a Bin
3. Click select BIN
4. Choose j27_205_1.bin
5. Reboot reciever, on first light/dash, Click write bin. let it write
When it is done, Be PATIENT!!!! let it reboot after 2-3 minutes you will see B-75 Flash on display of reciever.
6. Click select BIN
7. Choose jvvh_208_1.bin
8. Reboot reciever on first light Click write bin. let it write. let it reboot after 1 minute you will see B-75 Flash on display of reciever.
9. now Rewrite your Channel list back, BUT, BIG BUT, you must now select the 2700 settings in Channel master.
10. reconnect to Tv, select default key from parental options(key menu) let it roll
11. wait for next round

I also do not bother with the Cahnnel master, but prefer to use the Blind or Power scan.
