There are some "brave" testers who had loaded the original 2700 bin onto their converted 2500>2700 boxes without any adverse effect except for the fact that the remote would not work. How they did not fry their boxes, I'll never understand. Anyhow, I wonder if some of these brave testers will try this clone-safe version and report back. I wouldn't try it but there are some who would. |

Instead of getting a total of 700+ channels, I am getting 900+ which is not amazing most of the channels are repeating. We're not the only ones, checkout other DSS website, people are having the same issues. |

The smaller one is the one the most of us use. |

It has reseted 6-7 times in less than an hour...was very slow while scanning 110. I guess will have to wait for the guy to do a rev on it since personally, I wouldnt want to fry my receiver. I tried it for a lava3200...i dont know if anyone else tried it in another receiver, but if someone did, please post your result. |

The zero would not work so I could not turn off the autorolls. Rebooted twice and since I did not want to fry it, went back to jvvh_220. It's better than the CS_221 though. I just hope jvvh comes up with his own version or Chancysands and Ukr repair theirs. In any case, we wait. Or at least, I do. |

Your choice stay with this up & down convertion or go out and buy a new receiver the cost of $ 100-150 dollars. As of now the signal is still FREE. |

One member has made three versions of jvvh conversion bins and has posted that information. Also know that jvvh conversion has been around for over 6 months and that is a long time in the FTA world. " I suggest you look my instructions in the first post at https://www.ecoustics.com/electronics/forum/home-video/402679.html It is ALL from personal experience, and if you do it, you WILL get good TV. You do not have the ability to do a serial load and you have come to preach here. First learn before you preach to others. |
